Evil Seal is an action horror game that takes inspiration from the Apocalypse of St. John. The game follows the story of Adam, a former Marine turned real estate agent, who must save his wife Eve after she is kidnapped by dark forces. This event occurs when the first of the Seven Seals is broken, and a new individual, the son of a demon, emerges on Earth. This individual has stripped a portion of the world's population of their humanity, despite having been hailed as the new "Messiah" due to his ability to cure terminal illnesses.

The game offers a story mode that lasts approximately seven hours. In this mode, players assume the role of Adam and embark on a journey to rescue Eve.
